Body Matters was formed by Mark Perch in November 2008 and its reputation has been growing ever since.

Our staff have a combined experience of over 20 years in the fitness industry, and are very well qualified to assist you with your training needs.

Our gym is a fantastic place for beginners and experienced trainers alike. Whichever you are you will find our gym a helpful, unintimidating and welcoming environment in which to train.

We offer an excellent range of cardio equipment, free weights and resistance machines. Not to mention a fully equipped fitness studio/ bag room, onsite physiotherapist and much, much more...

    Join Now And Get Started On Our 6 Week Programme!

    We offer a 6 week program to members who join for 3 months or more.

    This 6 week plan consists of a full induction & fitness assessment.  Following this we will set targets and a devise program for you based on your current & desired level of fitness.

    Our programs are designed to be progressive and you will have regular contact with our trainers throughout your regime and beyond.
